GNS Junior Administrator

Gameloft is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic junior admin to join the worldwide GNS (Global Network Services) Team to provide second level support to employees on a global scale.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Global level 2 support: provide technical expertise, guidance and standards to first level support technicians located at the other Gameloft offices in addition to supporting employees worldwide via the GNS ticketing system
• Day to day administration tasks (account creations, access rights management, distribution list creation and management, manage the GNS ticketing system, etc)
• Preparing user FAQs and other technical documentation
• GNS web site content management for user support sections
• Service monitoring
• Working with the other GNS administrators on various projects and tasks


Requirements:

• Experience managing PCs within a enterprise environment
• Experience working in a networked Windows environment (Windows XP, Outlook, MS Office, etc)
• Experience troubleshooting user problems remotely
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent worker, highly motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under stress and to meet deadlines
• Scripting abilities (Perl, vbs) definitely an asset
• Must have excellent written and spoken English skills
