Experienced Java Software Engineers (code Ejse)

Our ideal candidate would have the following required skills and experience:
• fluent in english
• experience developing java applications including a track record of building high performance, reliable, scalable, and transactional systems. (senior and lead positions are available for those with the required skills and experience.)
• experience with agile approaches (xp, scrum, etc), principles and practices (tdd, automation, simple design, etc),
• strong familiarity with oo design patterns and experience developing large scale, distributed systems
• experience in web services standards and related technologies (xml, soap, jibx, velocity etc.)
• experience with unit testing (experience with test driven development is a plus)
• familiarity with caching approaches and technologies (such as jcs)
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• significant experience working with sql and relational databases (hibernate, oracle and/or mysql)
