JAVA Developer

o 3+ years of experience building Java applications with a good knowledge of Java 2, J2ME, J2EE
o Four years of technical degree or equivalent work experience.
o Some experience in Hibernate, Struts, and Spring.
o An understanding or prior usage of XML, APIs.
o Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles/methodology.
o SQL/relational database and/or JDBC experience desired
o Ethics and Ability to deliver the deliverables you promise on time.
